Engine · Layer 03 · Authority signal

Photo and video, planned around capability. Visual proof that earns the inquiry.

Shooting plans for your company's environment, team, and production process. Plus full post-production in-house. Your team or a coordinated partner does the shoot.

The SEO engine runs on text. Text alone can't prove the company behind it is real and capable. Visual evidence has to do that. So this service plans for capability shoots: your environment, your team, your production process. This is part of the build, not a monthly content service. One scoping, one shoot, one asset library. SEO, GEO, and ad ops downstream draw from it for years.

"Stock photo is fine" is no longer fine. Two reasons.

Original visual content used to be a nice-to-have for high-end B2B brands. In 2026, it's a baseline for being taken seriously. Two structural shifts changed the math.

Shift 01 · Buyer visual literacy

Buyers can spot stock photos in 1 second.

Procurement officers and technical buyers see hundreds of supplier sites per quarter. They can spot reused Shutterstock, Alibaba product images, or AI-generated headers instantly. When they spot it, you lose 3 trust points before they read a word.

Shift 02 · AI engine evaluation

LLMs weight visual authority.

AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity evaluate visual authority as part of citation decisions. Original photography signals "real company doing real work." Reused stock signals "another aggregator." LLMs increasingly distinguish between them.

Every layer of your visual story. Researched, scripted, directed.

Three categories. Three reasons a buyer trusts you before reading a word of your copy. We plan and finish; your team or a partner on the ground captures.

01

Environment shoots

Photo and video direction for offices, workshop, facility exterior and interior, customer-meeting spaces. Shot lists, lighting notes, brand-coherent guidelines. The visuals that say "this is a real place."

02

Team + founder shoots

Briefs for founder portraits, leadership headshots, team groups, action shots in working context. The visuals that make your About page about people, not stock smiles.

03

Production process shoots

Photo and video direction for the line, QC stations, warehouse, packaging, shipping. The visuals that prove "real production, real capability" to buyers who can't fly out.

04

Factory tour video script

Walk-through narrative scripts and shot order. Buyers in different time zones watch instead of flying out. One scripted factory tour produces qualified leads for years.

05

Founder / brand film treatment

Narrative treatment, founder interview prep, 2–4 minute scripts on the company story. The film that goes on the home page, on LinkedIn, on the About page.

06

Drone aerial shot list

Aerial shot lists for larger facilities, industrial sites, multi-building campuses. Adds physical-scale credibility. Where regulations permit and the subject justifies.

07

Post-production (in-house)

Editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, alternative cuts. We finish the footage your team or partner captures. Every video produces 3–5 length cuts for different platforms.

08

Capability asset library

Library architecture and metadata for every capability shot and clip. Organized so web, social, sales decks, and RFPs draw from one source for years. One shoot, many lifetimes of use.

Four phases. Built around your production reality.

A build-phase engagement, scheduled inside your site launch. 4–8 weeks from brief to delivery, around your production calendar. The asset library it produces runs across SEO, GEO, and ad ops for years downstream.

Phase 01
Research + capability brief
Market research, customer research, capability mapping (environment, team, production process), founder interview, brand visual alignment. Ends with a signed shot list, storyboards, and production schedule.
1–2 weeks
Phase 02
On-site execution
Your team executes the capability shot list, or we coordinate a vetted production partner on the ground. Photo and video captured in parallel where possible. We direct remotely; for China-based clients, our team can attend on-site.
2–4 weeks
Phase 03
Post-production
Editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, alternative cuts. All in-house. Every video produces 3–5 length cuts for different platforms.
2–3 weeks
Phase 04
Delivery + library setup
Asset library architecture. Web-optimized exports, social-optimized exports, print-quality exports. Training for your team on how to use and extend the library.

What we won't do, even if you ask.

× What we don't do
  • Run an image content factory. The SEO engine runs on text. This service plans the specific capability shoots that build trust where text leaves off. Not 100 product photos a month.
  • Run this as a monthly content retainer. This is a build-phase service, not ongoing ops. One scoping, one shoot, one asset library. SEO and GEO operations downstream draw from that library; they don't depend on new shoots every month.
  • Reskin stock photography as "yours." If a shot can't be made original (legal, location, or budget reasons), we say so up front.
  • Generate product images with AI. AI-generated visuals get spotted, get distrusted, and increasingly get filtered by AI engines.
  • Approve a "video" shot on a phone with no lighting plan and no audio plan. That's not production, that's vacation footage.
  • Direct against a "good enough" brief. For $30K+ B2B orders, "good enough" isn't. The cost of cheap visuals is the inquiry that never came.
  • Take rush projects under 4 weeks. Real production needs planning. Rush-shipped photo and video looks rush-shipped.
  • Direct shoots for sites with broken conversion logic. The visual layer can't save a broken site. Capability shoots always come after the foundation is sound.
